Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Service Policy (Cleaning Services)

For cleaning services:

  • Satisfaction is guaranteed—if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24–48 hours of your service
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services but will be handled on a case-by-case basis
