Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

For cleaning services:
- Satisfaction is guaranteed—if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24–48 hours of your service
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion
- Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services but will be handled on a case-by-case basis
